Good morning. It’s been a while since I posted a blog; I apologize for the wait. Things have been hectic at work, and I am trying to get a few more sales on my indieGoGo campaign. I wish I knew what was going on with that. I was locked out of my account, and nothing I tried is working to get me back into my account. I can’t give any updates or do any kind of activity on it. So I’m relying on social media to help me out.

Ever have one of those days where nothing seems to go right? I feel like that has been my last few weeks, either at work or with my campaign. Nothing seemed to be going my way. I needed to sell at least 300 books presale, and I sold 9, also I haven’t heard back from IndieGoGo. I had a student I worked with who made a choice that surprised me, and now they have moved. It was an emotional week last week.

On the bright side, it’s a new year, and with the new come writing grants that weren’t available to me after September. I can now apply, and I am working towards those goals. I am excited and hope to get what I need by May.

This is a year of hope. Things change, and I believe everything happens for a reason. I always say that nothing in life worth doing is easy. Learn from the bumps in the road. And keep going.

This is a short Blog today; I must prepare for my other job. I love you all and am so thankful for your support. Until next time my friends.
